To better meet the needs of the Victorian Bus industry, RoadTrek has been established as a stand alone facility offering repairs, refurbishment, parts and accessories to the mass transit industry and the rapidly growing R.V market.  All services are offered under one roof in our modern facility located in Thomastown. We are effectively a one stop shop for all your bus needs.

Our large workshop facility of 3000# square mtrs has been extended by an additional 400# square mtrs , this allowing all customer vehicles to be stored undercover and secure.

The facility designed as a one stop complete service shop. RoadTrek enjoys the benefits of a “Nationwide Spare Parts Network”, as well as a modern and most importantly clean workshop fully equipped to tackle even the largest of repairs or refurbishments. The workshop has 18 vehicle bays, and a state of the art spray painting facility. This combined with a large investment in equipment equates to offering a premium service for all makes and models.

Our workshops are centrally located in Thomastown with the premises backing onto the Western Ring Road, allowing operators and vehicle owner’s easy access from Dalton Road turn-off.       

Refurbishment

RoadTrek offers our customers all the benefits of having a one stop shop for all refurbishment requirements. We only employ qualified vehicle body builder tradesman, but also have auto electrical, painters and trimmers no matter what you specific requirements is we have the resources to do the job, and do it right the first time.

Refurbishment services include, but are not limited to:

• Corrosion both structural and body panel refurbishment
• 25 year inspection
• Complete body panel replacement
• Remodelling & modernisation of front & rear fibreglass
• Glass delimitation, reseal and bonding
• Interior trim refurbishments – fabric’s, floor coverings 
• ADR68 Seat body modifications for seat replacement.
• Stratal modifications including VASS Certification
• Retrofitting of all major components including – TV / Video/ Sound systems, Air conditioning.  ADR Seating.
• Wheelchair access equipment
